I have a proven track record working in the capacity of a Building Division Regulatory Permit Technician II, Code Enforcement Officer, Engineering Assistant II FD&O Capital Improvements Division, Engineering Compliance Liaison for Engineering Land Development Streetscape Section Right of Way permitting, inspections and regulatory compliance / enforcement as aTechnical Assistant II.
I’ve performed detailed field inspections for permit applications I’ve personally reviewed and approved as part of my duties as an Engineering Land Development Streetscape Technical Assistant II.
I’ve qualified through the PZ&B building division and certified by the International Code Council on April 7, 2004 to read and interpret plans and specifications for both commercial and residential construction in the capacity of a Permit Technician II and Engineering Land Development Streetscape Technical Assistant II. I’ve utilized the U.L.D.C. and right of way ordinance in my daily assignments and coordinated with various outside agencies such as Department of Transportation, Architects and Engineers, Contractors regarding permit plan review for building, landscape, irrigation and (R.O.W.) right of way permit applications.
I’ve also worked with John Chesher, Audrey Wolf, Fernando Del Dago and Anthony Longo in the FD&O Capital Improvements Division facilitating building programs, regulatory permitting and technical administrative work managing; organizing and coordinating design, construction, renovation and maintenance of Palm Beach County facilities for over seven years. I’ve attended meetings effectively presenting ideas both orally and in writing; interacting with consultants/contractors/related constituents; compiling and maintaining an extensive computer database on projects and contracts while working in the aforementioned capacities.
I have achieved awards & endorsements from the previous directors and Division chiefs.
